A three-year capital stewardship campaign, called Journey of Faith, has begun to raise the funds to pay off our building.

Encouraging each person to prayerfully seek God's will in his or her own life, and inviting three-year pledges above and beyond regular giving to the church's annual operating budget, our Journey of Faith hopes to raise all of the money needed to pay for the building.

Only a sacrificial sense of giving can help to lay such a foundation for the future. Gifts will always differ in proportion to each person's resources, but we can share an equal sense of calling, commitment, and sacrifice. Together, with God's grace working in and through God's people, we can meet real costs with real commitments. Together, led by God's will, we can go farther by faith than we ever dreamed. May God guide us in new paths of witness - for God's own name's sake!

What is our financial challenge?

INDIVIDUALLY, the challenge is for each of us to find the unique ways we can help to achieve our goals for our church.  For some it means a weekly, monthly, yearly or one-time offering beyond our current support for the church. For others, it may be the gifting of a tangible asset to the church. It is not ultimately about equal gifts, but equal sacrifices as God leads each of us in how we should respond.

TOGETHER we want to go beyond the "milestones" set below to gauge our commitment progress. 

The $20,000 year one Leadership goal represents Leadership gifts which model sacrificial giving and teach our congregation commitment.

The $100,000 year two Challenge goal requires not equal gifts, but an equal sense of sacrifice from our whole church family. Only you can give your part. Every gift is important.

The $130,000 year three Celebration goal is stepping forward in faith. A testimony to God moving in our hearts and in our lives, leading each of us, and all of us together, to accomplish more than we imagined. How far will our Journey of Faith take us?
